Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

At CRIC & KICK Mini Stadium, we strive to keep booking flexible and fair for all players. Because turf slots are time-sensitive allocations reserved exclusively for your team, our cancellation policy balances convenience with ground scheduling commitments.

2. Player-Initiated Cancellation Timelines

If you need to cancel a confirmed turf slot, refund eligibility is calculated based on how far in advance notice is provided before the slot start time:

3. Weather & Rain-Out Policy

Although our mini stadium is designed for all-weather play, extreme downpours or lightning may render play unsafe.

• Pre-Match Unplayable Conditions: If torrential rain makes the turf unplayable before your match begins, management will issue a 100% full refund or reschedule your slot free of charge.
• Interrupted Match (< 50% Played): If heavy rain or power loss interrupts play before completing half of your booked duration, you will receive a 50% credit voucher or pro-rated reschedule.
• Completed Match (≥ 50% Played): If 50% or more of the slot duration has been completed prior to weather stoppage, the session is deemed completed and no refund applies.

4. Venue-Initiated Cancellations

In the rare event that CRIC & KICK Mini Stadium must cancel a booked slot due to urgent stadium maintenance, floodlight repairs, or unforeseen government regulations, you will be notified immediately via SMS/Phone and provided a 100% full refund or priority rebooking.

5. Refund Processing & Timelines

• Payment Method: Refunds are credited back to the original source payment mode (Razorpay / UPI / Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking) used during online checkout.
• Processing Time: Once approved, refunds are initiated immediately and reflect in your bank account or UPI app within 5 to 7 business working days (subject to standard banking processing cycles).
• No-Shows: Failing to report to the turf for your booked slot without prior notice results in automatic forfeiture (0% refund).
