1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the CRIC & KICK Mini Stadium website, online booking engine, and physical turf facility.

By booking a slot, purchasing a pass, creating an account, or entering our venue, you agree to strictly comply with all terms, rules, and guidelines set forth herein. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not proceed with booking or using the facility.

2. Slot Booking & Holds

First-Come, First-Served: Turf slots for Cricket and Football are allocated based on real-time online availability.
15-Minute Checkout Hold: When initiating checkout, a 15-minute temporary hold is reserved on your chosen slot. If payment is not completed within 15 minutes, the hold automatically expires and the slot is released to other players.
Booking Confirmation: A booking is finalized only after successful payment authorization. You will receive an official booking reference number and digital confirmation pass.
Pricing & Rates: Slot pricing varies by time of day (morning, afternoon, prime evening floodlit), weekend days, and official holidays as published on our pricing schedule.

3. Turf Rules & Code of Conduct

To ensure a high-quality experience for all athletes, players must abide by the following ground rules:

Footwear Regulations (Strictly Enforced)

Only flat rubber-soled sports shoes, indoor turf shoes, or non-marking sneakers are permitted. Metal studs, iron cleats, spikes, or high heels are strictly forbidden. Wearing prohibited footwear will result in immediate denial of entry without refund.

Punctuality & Time Extension

Players should arrive 10 to 15 minutes prior to their slot start time. Your booked time window runs strictly according to the clock. Late arrivals will not receive extra play time or slot extensions.

Prohibited Items & Zero-Tolerance Conduct

Smoking, chewing paan/tobacco, chewing gum, consuming alcohol, or bringing illegal drugs, glass bottles, firecrackers, or weapons into the stadium is strictly illegal and prohibited. Foul, aggressive, or abusive behavior towards venue staff or opponents will lead to immediate eviction.

4. Property Damage & Financial Liability

Players and organizers are expected to treat stadium facilities with care.

Any intentional or reckless damage to artificial turf, floodlight poles, perimeter netting, goalposts, wickets, spectator seating, or changing rooms will be billed directly to the person who made the booking. The booking account holder remains financially liable for damage caused by team members or guests.

5. Physical Risk & Limitation of Liability

Assumption of Risk: Sports activities such as cricket and football involve physical exertion and risk of injury (e.g., sprains, muscle tears, falls, collisions). Players participate entirely at their own risk.

Liability Exemption: CRIC & KICK Mini Stadium, its owners, operators, and staff shall not be held liable for any personal injury, illness, accident, or fatality sustained on stadium premises.

Personal Belongings: Management takes no responsibility for lost, stolen, damaged, or misplaced personal belongings (mobile phones, smartwatches, wallets, sports gear, vehicles) on premises or in the parking area.

6. Weather & Technical Interruption

In cases of extreme weather (torrential downpour, lightning), electrical grid blackout, or force majeure events, venue management reserves the right to temporarily pause play or cancel slots for player safety. Refund and rescheduling policies for such events are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal dispute or claim arising out of or related to our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
